In less than 2 hours, we’ll put together a combination of 8 recipes to mix-and-match into healthy meals to enjoy over the next few days and freeze for later. And I’m going to follow the same simple meal prep system I've used in past videos.

We’ll pack 5 nutrient-dense veggies into one creamy seasonal soup, cook up 1 “goes with everything” grain and the quintessential fall heart-healthy protein: turkey transformed into a warm, nourishing bowl of chili.
